Refund and Returns Policy
Our company provides a 30-day return window. This means that from the moment you receive your purchase, you have a period of 30 days to request a return.
In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received. It should be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. When contacting us, please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send back the item. Please note that returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Methods:
- By Mail: You can return the item via mail.
Return Shipping Labels:
- Defective Products: If the product is defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (free return shipping).
- Customer Remorse: If the return is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Fees:
- Defective Products: Please contact us for assistance with repairs or replacements. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will send a replacement.
- Customer Remorse: You can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee.
Exchanges:
We recommend that for exchanges, you return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Order Cancellation Policy:
If your order is canceled due to unavailability or for any other reason, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
